Ideal for patients wanting additional reassurance, recovery monitoring, and guidance during the most physically and emotionally vulnerable stage of recovery.

A 30-minute phone or virtual follow-up appointment available exclusively for current and previous Recovery Room clients.
Post-Operative Virtual Follow-Up
These appointments are designed to provide additional post-operative guidance, reassurance, and education related to swelling, bruising, comfort, mobility, healing expectations, and normal recovery changes. Virtual appointments are conducted via Zoom, with links provided after booking confirmation.

Extended recovery package
Particularly well suited for out-of-town patients recovering in hotels or Airbnbs, or for those wanting additional guidance and support as recovery progresses.

Following booking, clients will receive an intake package, consent forms, service agreement, and cancellation policy through the Jane booking platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Because surgical schedules may occasionally change, one reschedule is permitted with more than 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
Patients may select their surgical date as the appointment date when booking online. Exact visit times will be confirmed closer to surgery, as discharge timing may vary.

Depending on your selected package, follow-up visits are completed the following day and/or during the first several days after surgery to provide additional recovery guidance, reassessment, and reassurance.

Visits typically take place within 1-2 hours after discharge. Together, we review medications, drains, dressings, compression garments, mobility, comfort measures, and recovery expectations while providing reassurance and support for both patients and caregivers.

From the moment services are booked, patients receive clear communication and guidance to help make the recovery experience feel as smooth and supported as possible. A few days before surgery, I personally connect with patients to confirm surgical timing, recovery location, and visit coordination details so that support is tailored to their recovery plan and environment.
During visits, my focus is on creating a calm and reassuring space where patients and caregivers feel comfortable asking questions and receiving guidance. Together, we review recovery instructions, medications, drains and dressings, compression garments, mobility, comfort measures, and common recovery expectations specific to the patient’s procedure. My goal is to help patients feel more informed, reassured, and supported during a time that can often feel physically and emotionally overwhelming.
