Terms & Conditions
By booking services with The Recovery Room, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The Recovery Room provides non-emergency post-operative nursing support and education.
- Services do not replace surgeon follow-up, emergency medical care, or required caregiver support.
- Clients are responsible for following all discharge instructions provided by their surgical team.
- A responsible adult caregiver is still required following surgery unless otherwise arranged independently.
- Services do not include overnight nursing care unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- The Recovery Room reserves the right to recommend escalation to the surgical team or emergency services when clinically appropriate.
- Appointment times may require adjustment based on surgical scheduling or discharge timing.
- Cancellation policies, travel policies, and fees may apply as outlined during booking.
